About Attorney Richard Finke

Richard A. Finke is a tax attorney with more than thirty years of experience. He has his masters in tax law from Boston University, his law degree from Albany Law School, and his undergraduate degree from Union College in Schenectady, New York. He spent more than four years in the Air Force as a captain with the Judge Advocate General program. Finke & Associates, P.C. was established in 1978.

Richard Finke received an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell*. He has been recognized in 5280 Magazine as an outstanding attorney in the area of financial planning for 7 consecutive years (2010-2016).

Richard is a member of the Denver Tax Association, Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. His practice is devoted to estate, probate, and business planning. He has lectured to various groups regarding how to minimize estate taxes while still carrying out the desires of the individual putting together an estate plan. He also establishes qualified retirement plans.
